I completed the culinary program at A-B Tech in Asheville and then ventured down to Charlotte, NC for a spell to explore what this southern city had to offer. I worked at a few of its higher-end restaurants to step up my culinary savvy. After learning what I could, I returned to Asheville and eventually started to work under Steve Goff – that’s really taken me to the next level. Just drop by and see. Peace out.
